Day 3 of 7

Letting Love Become Visible

Shuttering the Past and Moving Forward in Love

Anchor Scriptures

John 13:34–35 (NKJV)

A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another...

1 Corinthians 13:4–7 (ESV)

Love is patient and kind...

Devotional Reading

The Father’s love becomes visible through the choices you make in ordinary moments. You do not have to wait until you feel patient, gentle, or kind before you act in love. By faith, you can soften your attitude, answer graciously, and ask the Holy Spirit to govern your response. Each loving choice allows the family likeness of your Father to be seen through you. Today, let love move beyond intention and take a form someone else can actually receive.

Today's Confession

“Father, I choose to be kind and loving today. I invite the Holy Spirit to govern my attitudes, my words, and my responses. Even when my emotions do not lean that way, I will choose to reflect Your love. Amen.”

5-Minute Journal Prompt

Think about one relationship in which love needs to become more visible. What attitude, response, or ordinary act of kindness could you choose today?

Prayer Activation Exercise

Ask the Holy Spirit to bring one person to mind. Pray for that person and ask how you can reflect the Father’s love to them today.
